Alfi Naim
Vice President of Operations
Alfi serves as our Vice President of Operations, overseeing the full lifecycle of our projects from property acquisition through material procurement and the management of vendor and subcontractor relationships. He plays a central role in shaping each build long before construction begins, helping ensure that every project is set up with the right team, resources, and plan for success. A natural salesperson and trusted advisor, Alfi works closely with prospective clients and guides them through the process with clarity and confidence, often turning initial conversations into lasting relationships. He is especially proud of the care he and our company bring to both our clients and our homes, and that commitment is reflected in the way every project is approached from start to finish.
Sharon Garry
Director of Operations
As our Director of Operations, Sharon is the organizational backbone of every project, managing the behind-the-scenes work that keeps each custom home moving smoothly from start to finish. She oversees the internal operations of the build process, including permit and inspection coordination, client transactions and documentation, and subcontractor scheduling and billing support. Working closely with homeowners, municipalities, and trade partners, Sharon ensures that timelines stay on track, communication remains clear, and the administrative side of construction is handled with precision. Her attention to detail and ability to coordinate many moving parts helps create a seamless building experience for our clients and supports the high standard of service we bring to every home we build at the Jersey Shore.
Jocelyn Olsen
Design Coordinator
Jocelyn serves as our Design Coordinator, guiding clients through the selection process and helping them make the many choices that turn a house into a home that feels distinctly their own. From finishes and fixtures to the details that shape the overall look and feel, she helps clients navigate decisions with clarity, patience, and confidence. She has built strong relationships with our suppliers and works closely with them to support a smooth, well-organized selections process. Jocelyn also accompanies clients to showrooms as needed, helping create a more seamless and personalized experience. Mild-mannered and well liked by employees, clients, and suppliers alike, she brings a calm, thoughtful presence to her role. As the daughter of a well-known tract builder, Jocelyn grew up around the homebuilding process and brings a lifelong familiarity with the industry to every project.
Rob Rhoads
Jobsite Superintendent
Rob oversees the day-to-day activity on our job sites with a primary focus on the post-drywall phase, where precision, sequencing, and craftsmanship are especially critical. He manages the flow of finish work, coordinates subcontractors, and helps ensure each stage is completed to our standards, on schedule, and with strong attention to detail. He works closely with our trade partners to maintain accountability, solve issues efficiently, and keep the project moving forward. Rob also directs our staff carpenters in the field, organizing their work and aligning their efforts with the broader project schedule. His leadership on site plays a key role in delivering the polished, high-quality finish our clients expect in an Oasis custom home.
Dan Crawford
Lead Foreman
Dan leads the field operations during the early and mid phases of construction, from groundbreaking through drywall, helping lay the foundation for a successful build from the start. He coordinates subcontractors, manages site progress, and keeps work moving efficiently while maintaining quality standards throughout the most labor-intensive stages of the project. With 20 years of experience in home building, Dan brings deep practical knowledge, strong jobsite leadership, and a steady presence to every home we build. He works closely with trade partners to support scheduling, maintain accountability, and address issues as they arise, helping ensure each project is built on a strong and well-managed framework before the finishing phase begins.
Tami Smart
Accounting Specialist
Tami keeps our books in order and plays a critical role in keeping the financial side of our company organized, accurate, and running smoothly. Although she may work remotely, her presence is felt throughout the team in the consistency, structure, and accountability she brings to our day-to-day operations. She manages payroll, tax preparation support, financial reporting, and company expense tracking with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Loyal, dedicated, and deeply committed to helping us stay organized, Tami is an essential part of how we operate behind the scenes. She is also a favorite among the team, and everyone is especially happy when she makes an appearance in person—particularly around the holidays.
