In 1992 Jeff Kaliner co-founded Power Home Remodeling Group (formerly Power Windows and Siding) with his cousin, Adam Kaliner. As founding partner of PHRG, Jeff was responsible for overseeing and providing direction for the organization’s strategic marketing, regional expansion and culture development. Together they built an organization recognized for its high business ethics and integrity. Under their leadership, Power has grown to become one of the nation’s largest exterior home remodeling companies, today with more than 2,000 employees and $750 million in annual sales. Jeff was the driving force in the development of the company’s unique “people first” culture and strongly believes that “if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.” Additionally, Jeff oversaw the company’s lead generation program, advertising and brand management. He served as the “face” of the company in its popular television and radio ads.After 21 years, Jeff brought his experience in home remodeling to the Shore and in 2013, Oasis Property Group was born. Jeff’s extensive network of contractors and suppliers enabled him to hand select the very best in the building industry. Partnering with Bay Front Properties, a leader in new and custom home construction for nearly two decades, and having completed dozens of high-end homes, the team assembled is second to none. Jeff is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the Building Performance Institute (BPI), and the Local Chamber of Commerce. He is a licensed NJ Real estate Sales person. Jeff is a board member and fundraiser for the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a leader in the fight against childhood cancer. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans. Jeff currently resides in Villanova, PA with his wife, Mara and their three children, Ryan, Jordan and Olivia (Livvy).
Alfi brings enormous energy and passion to the Team. An Israeli native, Alfi came to the US via New York City, where he began his post-military career in Cosmetic Sales. With little command of the English Language, Alfi taught himself while working his way up the corporate ladder, ultimately owning and operating stores of his own in high end Casinos. Alfi sold these stores in 2016, got his NJ Real Estate Sales Person’s license, and developed a business creating and selling virtual reality house tours. At Oasis, Alfi can often be found burning the midnight oil, whether it be creating brochures, analyzing data, maintaining homes, managing the website and social media platforms, or even just researching products that will set Oasis apart.
Jocelyn has made her career in new construction interior design. She has decorated numerous homes for a family-owned development company primarily focused on multi-million dollar custom builds and has created templates for hundreds of tract homes. Jocelyn has also been involved with commercial office developments in Montgomery County, PA and Cape May County, NJ. Acting as liaison between homeowners and builder, she ensures that the custom selection process is seamless and on time. Jocelyn was selected to be a Project Partner for the 2010 Design Home for Philadelphia Magazine, working closely with the vendors and contractors in creating a best in class display home. She believes strongly that it is imperative for exceptional interior design to compliment the architecture in order to bring life to each new home. Jocelyn is a 2000 graduate of Cabrini College, she is licensed in NJ as a Real Estate SalesPerson, and is licensed to sell Property & Casualty Insurance. She resides in Ocean City, NJ with her husband, Jason and daughter, Emma.
Sharon Garry is our project and office administrator, not to mention just about anything else she’s called upon for assistance. She provides administrative support to all of our departments. With 15 years’ experience in the building, maintenance, and sale of custom coastal homes, and 30 years in administration, Sharon brings a uniquely broad set of skills to our team. Her extensive background in construction enabled her to create and maintain relationships with vendors and building officials alike. Her experience as an office manager, bookkeeper and transaction coordinator provide her with the ability to multi task while paying attention to the details. A NJ native, Sharon lives in Ventnor with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her grandchild and traveling.
Tami was first introduced to the construction industry in 2000 at Power Home Remodeling Group. During her 8 years there, she learned just about every facet of the business, from customer service to siding and roofing installations. Tami’s knack for understanding the metrics of the business caused her to immerse herself in the accounting world, and in 2009 she started her own business focused on bookkeeping/accounting primarily for new residential construction and for property management. Gradually, Tami acquired clients that broadened her experience to include medical research, government accounts,ocean research, landscaping, and graphics. She returned to the construction industry in 2013 to reunite with her former boss (Jeff) and be a part of the Oasis Property Group family. Tami has 2 adult children (believe it or not) and lives in New Jersey. She feels blessed to be a part of such a proactive organization and is excited to see what’s next.
