I just want to give a shout out to Matt and Rob for all of their patience and expertise in getting most of our punch list accomplished. I have been very emotional and Matt has been nothing but patient. He sent Rob to our unit to address the issues where attention was needed. Rob has been meticulous with every task attended with attention to detail and has had tremendous patience as well. Our house was completed right before Sandy hit. As it sits on the water we feared for the worst. When we finally got back to the island to check out the damage, we couldn’t believe what we saw as we drove to the house. Destruction everywhere. When we arrived at our home, we were is total disbelief. There was not a shingle out of place. Not a window broken, not a piece of siding missing. Nothing. Our neighbor on one side was destroyed and on the other the house actually shifted off the foundation. Our house? Didn’t move an inch!!!! That blew me away. Totally. We love Oasis and the work they did with us. I would recommend to anyone any time with zero hesitation. I do not think anyone does it better.

From the beginning this has been an incredible experience. Initially it was very overwhelming building a house from the floor up. With the help of Jeff, Alfi and Jocelyn it could not have been any easier. Given the difficult climate with Covid, Oasis built our dream house on budget and on time. We are now dealing with Sharon and Rob and they are true professionals. Any minor issues we are having, they are resolving quickly. We are so very happy with the dream house Oasis created for us and would give them the highest recommendations.

We worked hand in hand with Oasis all through the project. From design concept meetings and interactions with the architect, to changes on the fly while in the construction phase, through completion. Elena navigated the contactors, the city authorities, the architect and us, the owners. When things got confused, as they always do, Oasis took the time to come to our main residence to set things right.

The house is just so comfortable now. The additions to the initial second floor build out, such as wood work detail on the first floor, were so worth it, they suggested those details and we did it. The flow of the house is just as we want it. We were very involved in the process. Many of the design complications were worked out in the drawings ahead of time and they were consultative as the need arose. They did what they said they would do. They turned the drawings into a comfortable, quiet, beautiful living space.

We love everyone at Oasis. Very responsive and helpful company. Sharon is a total pleasure to work with - she assisted us with dealing with changes and various contractors. Definitely recommend buying a house from them.
